Their communication was seamless and proactive, but what stood out most was how welcomed and valued they made me feel throughout the entire journey.   I have been a multi-year customer of Bucherer Rolex in Chicago. If you are a true enthusiast of the Rolex brand, you can't do better than this store. Unlike smaller jewelers that will pester you to build up a "spend history" on other items, this store focuses 100% on Rolex watches and is the go-to spot in the Midwest. Stop in, introduce yourself, be patient and realistic if you are looking for the most in-demand pieces. I can assure you that if you are an authentic buyer, with a good attitude, they will deliver. Sharon Khin has been my sales rep on all purchases, and just recently texted me for the GMT BLNR. Just took it to Vegas! Thanks Sharon for your excellent customer service! Can't recommend Bucherer enough if you are in Chicago.

  In November 2025, I visited the Rolex store in Chicago to celebrate a major personal and professional accomplishment. What I experienced was far more than just buying a watch. Andrew assisted my wife and me, and he truly went the extra mile. We spoke about our goals, life, and what this milestone meant to us. His attention and genuine interest made the experience personal and memorable. He gave me the opportunity to purchase my Rolex Air-King — a dream watch for me. I’ve worn it every day since, and it constantly reminds me of that achievement and the incredible experience we had.
