  Kristy Wu. Amazing service I was blown away. I don’t normally write reviews but I owe her one. This was my first time stepping into an AD. The reason being is my life had been a roller coaster prior. I had internal battles and clawed my way out. From brink of homelessness and depression I turned my life around. I thought it was finally time to step inside an AD. I never imagined I would be treated with this level of professionalism ,service and , respect. Kistiy Wu’s treatment of myself fueled me to keep going. To keep my career and achievements on full gear to continue to meet these kind and professional talents. From now on it’s AD’s and growth. If it means being treated like this.

  Today is my first day visiting here, and Kristy Wu, wow, she is simply phenomenal Like so many reviews have mentioned, she is incredibly outstanding and professional, but in person she is even more impressive. She took each of my requests seriously, considering them one by one, and was very patient with my decisions. She also walked me through a thorough explanation of how each timepiece works. Not to mention, trying on the models gave me a much better sense of their feel and how they can be adjusted. I am truly in awe of how wonderfully she represents Rolex. Some people are just born with certain qualities, and Kristy is absolutely top notch in this regard. She is also genuinely kind, and we even shared stories about our adventures and misadventures around the globe. I felt incredibly well taken care of, but more importantly, she is a great friend that thinks of you and looks out for you I sincerely don't think there is a better representative than Kristy anywhere. I am very much looking forward to what comes next for me and my family. Thank you Kristy, you are truly wonderful!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Razny Jewelers in Chicago, thanks to Leo Rivera. Leo was incredibly generous with his time—he sat down with me and my son, answered every question we had, and thoughtfully walked us through the catalog without ever making us feel rushed. This was my first Rolex purchase from an authorized dealer, and Leo made the entire experience truly special. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond—he kindly held the watch for me so I could come back and pick it up with my son on my 50th birthday. That level of service wasn’t expected, but it meant a lot and turned the moment into something we’ll always remember. Top-notch service, genuine care, and a memorable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Leo if you visit.

  I had a wonderful experience at Razny Jewelers and especially want to thank Kristy for helping me get my Rolex Submariner. I mentioned to her months ago that I was looking for one, and she actually remembered and reached out when it became available. That level of attention really meant a lot to me. When I came into the store to pick it up, everything went smoothly from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I even brought my puppy with me, and everyone was so kind and excited to meet him—they even offered a water bowl that I could take home, which was such a thoughtful touch 🐶 Overall, a truly excellent experience. I really appreciate Kristy and the team for making this purchase feel special. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a Rolex or any fine jewelry! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  It's not often I take the time to leave a review, but I felt compelled to share my experiences with the amazing staff with Razny Jewelers. I turn 50 this year, and have been in search of a special neo-vintage timepiece to commemorate the occasion. The prior year was a trying one due to health reasons, but 2026 brought new opportunities and optimism of what is still ahead. From my initial interest in a very specific Rolex CPO, the team at Razny made me feel like a valued customer. Highly professional, efficient, and transparent throughout the purchase. Evelin was kind enough to get me in touch with Eric who helped me secure a specific timepiece that has been on my radar for 20+ years. I was traveling from out of town but Evelin, along with Jessica streamlined my entire experience. While at the boutique, Maitte and Thomas were welcoming and had me in and out of the store within the hour as I had a connecting flight to make. From my family to the team at Razny, our sincere heartfelt thanks for the special experience.
