I had walked around the neighborhood trying on so many jeans with no luck and the moment I walked into R&B Joe walked me through the different fits and really knew the cut and details of each pair. He could immediately see what sizes I needed and helped me analyze each item while I tried them on. And finally I found my dream black jeans! I left with a few pairs and a new blazer. Rag and Bone is always tried and true and this location is beautiful. But most of all - Joe is truly a gem!

Not only was Adam, the SA, fantastic on the phone, he gave me excellent, efficient service and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend shopping from this location. The shipping policies and sale prices are the same as the website (free ground delivery). It was just refreshing to speak with someone knowledgable and wanting to help - a rarity to find these days. Thank you, Adam. I will be shopping there in person when I'm back in Chicago.
