  I’ve always loved Prada and own quite a few pieces, so I was excited to visit the Chicago store. Unfortunately, the in-store experience didn’t match the brand’s luxury image. The vibe felt off, and even the overall atmosphere (including the scent of the store) was not what you would expect from a high-end boutique. It was honestly disappointing, especially compared to the quality and experience Prada represents online. At this point, I would much rather continue shopping Prada online than visit this location again.

  I had an exceptional experience over the phone at Prada store in Chicago thanks to Matthew, the sales representative who assisted me. I called in searching for a specific bag, and he picked up the phone right away, which was impressive. His customer service was literally outstanding! Matthew was attentive and responsive, getting back to me immediately with updates. He went above and beyond by locating the last bag available in their inventory. I truly appreciate his dedication and the excellent service I received. I highly recommend Prada, especially if you get to work with Matthew!

  I had a fantastic experience thanks to Justin and Kelly. They were both incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. I was making several clothing purchases, and they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Justin took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered great suggestions without being pushy. Kelly was equally helpful, making sure I found the right sizes and styles while keeping everything organized and efficient. Their combined customer service really stood out—they were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find exactly what I needed. Because of them, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a really positive experience.

  The Prada Chicago boutique is sleek, minimal, and unmistakably Prada. 🖤 Strong selection of leather goods and shoes, beautifully displayed. Service can lean reserved depending on who you get, but overall it delivers that polished Oak Street luxury vibe. 💼✨ A solid stop if you’re shopping high-end.
