- DPDanielle Poole5 days ago1.0I’m writing this as a concerned family member of an employee. When I called to check on my sister, I was simply trying to make sure she was okay. I was told, “Ma’am, she is not in today.” I then asked whether she had called off and if anyone had been able to reach her, as I was worried about her well-being. The response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive. The manager repeatedly interrupted me, saying “ma’am” in a rude tone rather than addressing my concern with professionalism or empathy. As someone calling out of genuine concern, I found the interaction lacking basic courtesy and respect. I understand that workplace policies may limit what information can be shared, but there is still an expectation of respectful communication—especially when dealing with a worried family member. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poorly on both the staff and management.

Was happily surprised to discover this already awesome priced Herschel backpack was even more discounted because it had a red sticker on it. The cool cashier with the gorgeous jeweled nails told me all red stickers are an extra discount but it’s only going on that weekend. So happy I was running errands this day! I like that this store has smaller size products of ones I’m interested in trying, along with the full size. I often come back later to buy the full size because I like it. Really nice designer bags at a fair discounted price, I hope to score a red tag wish find one visit!
