  I absolutely love shopping at Nordstrom Rack in downtown Chicago-it's always such a fun and rewarding experience! I can always count on discovering something unique, whether it's clothing, shoes, or accessories. My favorite part is definitely the travel section-it's a hidden gem! They have such a great selection of travel accessories, from sleek organizers to luggage essentials, all at fantastic prices. It makes prepping for any trip feel exciting and effortless. The staff is friendly, helpful, and keeps everything running smoothly, even when it's busy. Overall, it's a must-visit spot for anyone who loves fashion, value, and a little treasure-hunt thrill right in the heart of the city!

  I really liked this store. It was a good size but not overwhelming. Take your time to look because I found a lot of great quality things!!

  The prices here are decent markdowns for name brands. This is a really busy store and racks are squeezed tightly together. Lots of shoes are stocked. My only complaints would be that it is extremely hot in the store and there is always a very long line to wait in for check out. Expect at least 5-10 minutes.

  I faced an odd experience that I’ve never been through before. I have visited this Nordstrom Rack, as well countless others across the 50 states, and for the first time, I was told I’m not allowed to help my partner try on his clothes in the fitting room. A young man - one of the store employees, without citing to any specific store policy or reason, flatly denied me the ability to help my partner get fitted for an important event. We were fitting him in suits. He has never worn suits and has no experience with how to put them on, how to properly fasten or even wear them. The male employee, with a red skin issue on his face, made my experience difficult and as a result we ultimately left the store without making any purchases. It’s unfortunate that this is the experience my partner faced here as this has not been my experience.

  As a regular Nordstrom Rack shopper, I just came here to say... curvier women have money too, that isn't a privilege reserved exclusively for skinny rich folks. Today, i had to buy a shirt from the men's department because it was an emergency. Not pleased. FEW stores in this area have plus size clothing. While I do understand your floor space is limited, ONE row of four rounders would do the trick. I do appreciate you keeping your bigger shoe sizes for women. I am positively ecstatic about my 11W CLOUDWALKERS!!
