  This is one of my favorite Nordstrom locations, second only to my home store at Oakbrook Center. I originally stopped in to pay my Nordstrom card balance but I took a moment to visit the Jo Malone London. I’d love to give a special shout-out to Neil at the Jo Malone fragrance counter—he was friendly, approachable, and exceptionally professional. It was truly refreshing to encounter someone of his caliber. Please share my sentiments with him.

  I recently purchased a 2-piece pajama set from Skims for over $128 (before tax), but when I got back to my hotel and checked, I realized that only the top was in the bag and the bottoms were missing. And the store was closed for the day.. I was just visiting Chicago and only noticed this while packing early in the morning. Unfortunately, I also didn’t receive a receipt at the time of purchase. (She didn’t ask..?!) I’m not saying the staff were unfriendly cause she was helpful, but I’m really disappointed that I paid for a full set and only received half of it.

  Went to Nordstroms Chicago. Very impressed! A buzz of activity around the Jellycats and also we had the honor of meeting Jerome Williams, an inspiring ex NBA athlete and his brother Johnnie. at a book signing. We were amazed at the courtesy of Nordstroms staff as they were positive and high energy. I personally like to thank Angel who helped us with purchasing two beautiful articles of clothing.; they had the exact piece of clothing I was looking for..Angel was courteous, informative and sweet. Great staff here!

  I had an unexpectedly great experience getting bras here. I am an unusual size so I typically just go to specialty bra stores and have a hard time finding my size at department stores. However, I decided to take a look at this Nordstrom today and I am so glad I did! They not only had some bras in my size, but the employee who assisted me, Sarah, was absolutely incredible and so helpful! Thank you Sarah, you've made a loyal customer out of me! I will definitely be back!

  Yesterday I had a pretty bad experience shopping for bras. I had planned to spend a little time trying a few things on and make sure I was happy with what I was getting. The first negative thing was, having a really hard time finding sizes. I had a very specific idea of what I was looking for and while the brands and colors were clearly organized the sizes and styles were all mixed. After a good amount of time I found 2 to try on. I went to the fitting room. Doors locked, no one to be found. I walked around looking for someone and each time I saw someone they seemed to be moving quickly away from me. So I went to a register where someone was having a conversation with 2 other people. I stood and waited for about 5 minutes before they finally stopped talking and I asked them to let me into a fitting room. They did and I found one item worked but I still hadn’t completely found what I was looking for. I left the door opened a little so I could get back in. I continued to look and found one more item to try and of course someone was now in that room. Once again I needed to find someone. After a few minutes I see someone and I walk up to them and say excuse me very nicely multiple times before they finally turned around. They had flat out ignored me. I ask if they could please let me into the fitting room. They tell me they don’t work in the department and can’t help. So again I wait for the first lady who let me in. After a few minutes the lady who said she couldn’t help says she can let me into a room but can’t help me shop. That was literally all I needed. When I decided to pay the lady ringing people up was no where to be found so I went to a different register (the one in the middle) and found a very nice helpful employee. I was too late though. I just wanted to pay and leave. I don’t expect a personal shopper but I would like to know I can get assistance when I need it. This is the level of service I expect at target not Nordstrom.
