  Let me just start by saying OSCAR IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I called this location with a few questions about the Bark bags, and I was completely blown away by the level of care Oscar gave me. From the very first moment, he was so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. It didn’t feel like a customer service call, it truly felt like I was talking to someone who cared, like a friend who wanted to make sure I had the best possible experience. Oscar went above and beyond in every way. He took his time, answered every single one of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely confident and happy. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy made the entire interaction so enjoyable!!!!! You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and it shows. Because of Oscar, I will now ONLY shop at this Marc Jacobs location, even though there are plenty others closer to me. That’s how meaningful this experience was to me. I can hands down honestly say that this was the best customer service I have EVER received. Needless to say, thank you for the wonderful experience, Oscar. You truly made my day and exceeded every expectation I had. I even reached out to corporate to try and share how incredible he is, and I was disappointed that the response didn’t reflect the level of excellence Oscar showed. That should never happen to an employee who is clearly going above and beyond. They did not even ask me for his NAME!! I had to insist on giving it to them, so they had to somewhat acknowledge not only my story but Oscar as well. To Corporate (I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS) Oscar’s level of customer service deserves to be recognized, valued, and celebrated, not overlooked or brushed aside. Employees like him are very RARE. Whatever you pay him I can tell you now is not enough, he deserves a raise and REAL acknowledgment for the way he represents your brand with such care, kindness, and excellence.   I take a staycation for my birthday and on this day, I had the most fun and eventful shopping day at Marc Jacobs. I was in the store walking the runway with Juno and Oskar! My shopping day was amazing. We laughed, I modeled and left with a bag I haven't put down. I recommend this store 10 out of 10. When I want a Marc Jacobs bag, I will no longer shop online or anywhere else. I will be going on Oak Street to shop with my new favorite people. Juno took time with me and showed me different styles. Juno also followed up with me. I love it when a store makes you feel special. Thanks and see you soon!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Marc Jacobs store. The customer service provided by Juno was truly exceptional. Without me even asking, Juno kindly offered a brand-new purse, which was such a pleasant surprise. The item was packed extremely carefully, especially knowing that I was traveling, and the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Thank you for such outstanding service.
