Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- GGGeorgianne Georgiou4 days ago1.0This store looks nice, but don't expect them to help when they don't do what they promise. I took a pair of pants here to get hemmed before Christmas. Got them back the end of Jan'26 & they were not hemmed; they still have the pins in them where they needed to be hemmed. So I reach out via phone never get to anyone who can help. I then email them bc they send you a "your hemming is ready" email (they were not in fact ready.) I got a response apologizing then told to come back to get them hemmed and get a free item, very vague with no actual steps on how that would work. So, I then had follow up questions which have since been ignored, I have sent 3 separate follow ups from Jan till now (April) & they basically ghosted me. So much for buying name brands where you expect actual quality & care. Not form this store...

I was not presenting any suspicious behavior. The security was also POC and looked dirty and unpresentable with raggedy hair. Stop following your customers and let them shop

This was my first time shopping here since the item was a gift from my boyfriend, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I won’t be returning and will be taking the items to the Oak Brook location instead. Customer service really matters, and I’ve always had much better experiences at Nordstrom.
