When I arrived I was greeted by a salesperson, Gareth Jones, and he immediately made me feel welcome. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I mentioned I wanted an Omega, but wasn't sure which one. He helped me narrow the options and find the perfect one for my budget and style. If you plan to shop here, ask for Gareth. I ended up with a silver/blue Omega Seamaster Diver 300 - a gorgeous timepiece. I especially love the information Omega provides about the watch through METAS testing.
