  I’ll never shop here again because of the no refund policy. Spent over $1000 on some shoes that didn’t FIT and I was offered a store credit not a refund.

  I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September 2025. I was looking for a bag I saw on the their website. Unfortunately they didn’t have any stocks, but they said they can order and ship to my house. I wanted to see the exact one this time. So I gave up to buy it. The staff was very kind and helpful.

  It was such a treat to shop here. Ryan was so kind and personable and made our experience so worthwhile that we came back for more the next day! Many times while shopping, sales associates have assumed i don’t have money to spend and not paid much attention to me. Ryan made the experience feel so personal and was attentive to my needs. Next time I come to Chicago I will be back to shop more!
