  Such a lovely experience at the Oak Street Loewe boutique! I’ve been eyeing the Puzzle Tote for a while, and they had the perfect color in stock. The sales associate was so friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made my visit special. Highly recommend stopping by!

  The Loewe store on Oak Street in Chicago provided an incredible experience! Lo (Loredana) was quite literally one of the best sales associates I’ve worked with at any luxury store. She was welcoming and passionate, professional and helpful, and did all of this without being overbearing. I really appreciated her help, kindness, enthusiasm, and company during my shopping experience. She helped with picking out a gift and making it special. I’ve recommended her and the store to friends, and I haven’t been able to stop talking about my Loewe experience since I shopped there. I will be sure to make many more purchases because the candles (and any products with scents) smell amazing and the leather - as well as every material in the store - is wonderful quality.

  Isaac was so helpful. I went to do an online pickup and ended up browsing because he was so inviting. Picked out a few items to put on my wishlist and he was so suggestive and informative. He even recommended a few attractions to see around the city since me and my group were tourists.

  A 6-Hour Drive for a 30-Second Dismissal If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience today (Thursday, May 29th) was appalling. I tried to buy the new Puzzle bag, which the website said was released today and was in-store only. I called the Chicago store multiple times this morning to confirm before making the long drive. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. So, I called Loewe corporate customer service, and they ASSURED me it was available. I drove THREE HOURS to the store, waited another 30 minutes to get in, only for a sales associate to take less than 30 seconds to tell me it wasn't there and I should "come back tomorrow." Are you kidding me? A 6-hour round trip, a half-hour wait, all because your team can't answer a phone or know about their own product launch. It is insulting to expect a customer to spend 12 hours on the road to beg you to take $7,000. Absolutely infuriating and a complete waste of time. Avoid this store unless you enjoy being treated with complete disrespect.
