Lo (Loredana) was quite literally one of the best sales associates I’ve worked with at any luxury store. She was welcoming and passionate, professional and helpful, and did all of this without being overbearing. I really appreciated her help, kindness, enthusiasm, and company during my shopping experience. She helped with picking out a gift and making it special. I’ve recommended her and the store to friends, and I haven’t been able to stop talking about my Loewe experience since I shopped there. I will be sure to make many more purchases because the candles (and any products with scents) smell amazing and the leather - as well as every material in the store - is wonderful quality.
