They then offered to polish and service the watch while they had it at the service center for free. Also, they gave me a nice watch case and coffee table book as a parting gift. Great communication the whole time. Vacheron is top notch all around and this dealer is great example of what customer service can be.

We sat in the private room and tried several pieces to learn more about the history of the brand. It was such a special experience that my wife was even pleased. (She hates me dragging her around for my watch obsession) We were invited to come back anytime for a coffee and visit. The whole group was so kind.
