I've shopped at Timeless Toys store for years and even though that service has always been tense, I have come back just to support a local business. Recently I had to buy a stuffed toy for a birthday. There was no love between the recipient and the toy and I had to return it the next day. Strangely, I received a gift card as a refund, which although highly inconvenient was acceptable to me having in mind that they are a small business. Fast forward a few weeks and I needed another toy. Decided to go to Timeless to spend my $50 gift card. To my surprise, the highly unpleasant (in her overall behavior) clerk refused to accept the gift card I was issued by the store with some lame excuse that they changed their register system and were not accepting gift cards at the moment. She advised to come back ia "a few days" when they would "possibly" accept those cards again. She reassured me that the card never expires, which is laughable. What a joke of a store. Their worthless gift card is going to the garbage and my business will never go to them again.

When the delivery service (rhymes with hexes) failed they went above and beyond to source replacements (as they were sold out everywhere). And just in the St. Nick of time. I Cannot give enough praise to accurately express my gratitude. Hands down best customer service I have ever experienced. 🙌
