I thought I selected a particular hex bot (the rhino beetle) but I didn’t. Instead, I received a hex bot that my son already has at home. Initially, I thought Timeless Toys messed up and sent me the wrong hex bot. Nope! It was my fault. And guess what….,when I contacted Timeless Toys, they promptly responded to my email, kindly explained to me that I didn’t specify wanting a particular hex bot and they told me I could keep the one they initially sent, & they sent the one I meant to order to me for free!!!! Ahhhh!!!!! #smallbusinesslove. You won’t find that at big box stores! Officially a fan of Timeless Toys♥️
