  My friend and I visited and were so disappointed to the way a member of staff spoke down to us, we went in with intentions of buying a few items, as we don’t have Tiffany in the uk, considering we both own a good few pieces of different collections from Tiffany’s but genuinely felt hurt and annoyed by how we were viewed and spoken too. Yet we visited many other designer shops in the area without being treated this way. I will add it was freezing cold so who isn’t well wrapped up but still not nice to be judged.

  Throughout the years, I have invested significantly in Tiffany, but my experience at the Michigan Avenue salon today was utterly disappointing. I entered the store at 10:01, immediately informing the staff of my requirements: two sets of prepackaged red wine glasses. I was directed upstairs, where I was told someone would assist me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that someone would attend to me when available. I found this approach to be impolite and beneath the standards expected of Tiffany, particularly at the Michigan Avenue location. I anticipated exceptional service, which was not provided. Consequently, I would not patronize this establishment again.
