I entered the store at 10:01, immediately informing the staff of my requirements: two sets of prepackaged red wine glasses. I was directed upstairs, where I was told someone would assist me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that someone would attend to me when available. I found this approach to be impolite and beneath the standards expected of Tiffany, particularly at the Michigan Avenue location. I anticipated exceptional service, which was not provided. Consequently, I would not patronize this establishment again.

She escorted us to a private viewing room, patiently answered every question about the diamonds and settings, and never rushed us. Her thoughtful suggestions helped us narrow down the styles we loved without ever feeling pressured. Sean was working upstairs when we made our decision, and although I’m not sure of his exact title, his presence was a huge boost. He came down with a bottle of champagne the moment we decided to purchase, celebrating our choice with genuine excitement. His encouragement and upbeat attitude turned the final step of the process into a festive, memorable moment. Both Patty and Sean embody the attentive, celebratory service that makes Tiffany & Co. stand out. Their professionalism, patience, and sincere happiness for our love story turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a joyful experience. Highly recommend asking for Patty and Sean if you want knowledgeable, encouraging staff who make ring‑shopping feel like a celebration.
