When we decided on a pair of sunglasses, the rep could not find a new pair in the back and we had to go with the display model. No issues there as they cleaned it very well. They could also not find the correct case that went along with the glasses so we had to take another brand's case. The rep was fine, but just not helpful. I received an email for feedback later that night and I decided to leave my honest review. A few days later, I was contacted by a manager there, initials D. B., and they offered me money back on my card for the trouble as well as mailing me the correct case! Thank you again for fixing this even though I was ok with the whole experience, it could've been better, but you made it right. Great service!
