A recent pair of my sunglasses was severely damaged (it got run over by semi and very little of it remained) and I had brought it in to claim the Opps coverage and purchase a replacement. I had bought the original pair of sunglasses online and I didn't have the original UPC which made it tricker to look up the model in-store. They were also dealing with a system outage at the same time which made it challenging to look up past orders. At the end, thanks to their patience and diligence in working through it, I was able to obtain a new pair with the oops coverage. I'm very happy with my purchase.
