  Wow! I could not have been more positively impressed with the level of customer service I received at at Razny Jewelers. I had the pleasure of being helped by Taylor who was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. I came into the store to purchase a special gift and found so many beautiful possibilities that it could have been overwhelming but Taylor made it enjoyable. She took the time to really understand my needs and helped me choose something that is truly perfect. I hope to return soon so she can help me pick out something for myself!

  I had a great experience working with Robert at Razny. He was professional, patient, and took the time to walk us through the different sections of the store. He answered all of our questions and allowed us to try on several watches without any pressure, which made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. This was my first Rolex purchase, and Robert made the entire process smooth and memorable. I couldn't be happier with my Datejust 41, white dial, smooth bezel on Oyster bracelet. Truly a great first Rolex experience, and I look forward to working with him again in the future. Highly recommend asking for Robert if you're visiting Razny.
