I’m not really a “watch guy” but my best buddy is a collector and dragged me in to take a look. Lidia greeted us with a smile and proceeded to show us some nice options. I never felt like she was “selling” us at all. It was a very relaxed, no pressure situation. Ultimately, I saw a watch that I couldn’t live without, and she provided my buddy and me with some nice champagne while we completed the transaction. She also invited the owner to meet us, and he offered a free watch case to use while traveling. Overall, the process was seamless and professional, and now that I’m officially a “watch guy,” I will definitely be back to Razny.
