  Great store with a ton of fine style. Couldn't find multiple things in my size like black jeans, simple white longsleeve or a black collared shirt without a logo. Salesman followed me around like a butler and I didnt like that. I kind of felt like I was in a curb your enthusiasm episode. But I would absolutely visit again. Cool spot

  I had a great experience shopping with Alicja in the women’s department. Alicja helped me pick out an item and explained it in full detail. I really appreciate that she was able to have it shipped to my home so that it was waiting when I returned. This was my first time stopping into the flagship store and I found everyone to be really helpful. The store was as gorgeous as expected especially with the winter olympics team USA items on display. I can’t wait to return when I have more time and look at more items, I hope Alicja is available to shop with me again!

  I purchased a pair of Purple Label boots for approximately $2,000 and received a different pair than the item I ordered. When I questioned this, I was told the original boot had been discontinued for years and was only on display. No explanation was provided as to how a discontinued item could be sold to me in the first place, nor why a substitute was sent without disclosure. No accommodation was offered. Several months later, I returned to the store and saw the exact boot I originally purchased available in-store. I requested a swap for the correct item. A manager, Kelly, was called over and stated that “there’s nothing we can do,” despite the correct product being present at the time. For context, I have spent well over $100,000 with Ralph Lauren over the years. This situation reflects a clear failure in product integrity and customer service. I will not be returning to this location.
