  Beautiful store but they carry no tall sizing even though RL does online. The employee whom I asked answered in a tone which made me feel like it is laughable they would carry that sizing in store. They told me to go to the big & tall store next door. It’s an exclusive shopping experience only if you fit in a certain mold. Disappointing experience overall.

  Esta tienda es una verdadera maravilla. Tiene todas las marcas y colecciones de Ralph Lauren, incluyendo la línea de lujo Purple Label. La tienda en sí misma es un sitio para visitar, y si estás interesado en la moda y el lujo, definitivamente vale la pena comprar algo de Purple Label o Ralph Lauren Collection (mujeres), pues no son líneas que se vendan en varias partes del mundo. Suele estar bastante concurrida, por lo que es mejor explorarla, pero también preguntarle directamente a un asistente por lo que estés buscando.

  You can believe the reviews mentioning the rude and condescending staff. My future brother in law walked in today trying to inquire about your wedding suits and I guess they recommended men’s warehouse with the nastiest attitude… I can’t imagine having this attitude towards your potential customers under any circumstance. Absolutely incredible, do not waste your time stopping in here. I wonder if corporate even looks at these reviews considering it looks like this isn’t the first issue customers have had with the staff here.

  Extremely rude and condescending staff!! My fiancé was considering wearing a Ralph Lauren suit for our wedding. We were considering the option of buying or renting a suit. The staff not only suggested he go to Men’s Warehouse, but also scoffed at him. SO RUDE. Our wedding experience was tainted, and we definitely will not be buying a RL suit nor coming back to this establishment again. Expected more from a place like this. Truly sad.

  Very disrespectful and condescending behavior from a sales person - Antonio. After purchasing two items ,I asked for some boxes and wrapping. Antione's answer was : " We do not have any small boxes right now, and we do not do packaging". I felt discriminated and humiliated , and that feeling was increased because at the same time a female sales person , standing next to Antonio, was boxing and wrapping!!! another costumer's purchase. Christmas shopping has been always pleasant for me. This time it was completely ruined by Antonio! I am European , and I have an accent ! Was this a serious discrimination??? I was ready to start crying from humiliation , when a nice employee named Jarrell (hope I have the right spelling!) approached me, boxed my gifts, wrapped them beautifully, gave me a bottle of water... Thank you Jarrell! This one star belongs to him! And employees like Antonio should not be in RL in Chicago. This store used to represent the legacy of Chicago!!!
