  While the store is decorated in the timeless elegance you’d expect from the brand, the consultants don’t care. I’ve shopped RL literally across the world and this is the worst in-store experience I’ve had. We spent over half our time in the store attempting to get help. I guess we didn’t look like good enough clientele to pay attention to as they treated us transactional and left each time we asked for assistance with product. So I decided not to purchase from the location at all.

  Outstanding Customer Service Experience at Ralph Lauren A Review for Antonio Taylor I recently had the pleasure of shopping for my husband at the Ralph Lauren store and was fortunate enough to receive assistance from Antonio Taylor. From the moment I walked in, Antonio went above and beyond to help me find the perfect clothes in the right sizes for my husband. His dedication and attention to detail truly made the shopping experience exceptional. We were so engrossed in finding exactly what my husband needed that we lost track of time. To my surprise, Antonio graciously stayed with me for half an hour after the store had officially closed, never once making me feel rushed or unwelcome. His patience and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. After completing my purchases, Antonio kindly guided me to exit through the in-store restaurant, which turned out to be a perfect ending to a productive shopping trip. I was able to relax at the bar and enjoy a well-deserved drink following my exhausting shopping excursions. I highly recommend that anyone shopping at the Ralph Lauren store ask for Antonio Taylor by name—his service is simply unparalleled. In fact, while sitting at the bar, I met a gentleman who told me he never shops with anyone else. Antonio’s exemplary service has clearly earned the loyalty and appreciation of many customers, me included. Thank you, Antonio, for turning what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a truly enjoyable experience. Ralph Lauren is lucky to have you!

  I returned my order to Ralph Lauren, and it was accepted at their headquarters weeks ago, yet I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I check the status, I get the same canned response: “Your return is processing.” It’s been far too long for something that should have been resolved by now. I followed all the return instructions exactly as stated, and the package was confirmed as received — there’s no reason this should still be pending. I expected more from a brand like Ralph Lauren. It’s incredibly disappointing to have to chase down my own money after doing everything right. Ralph Lauren needs to take accountability and speed up their refund process. I won’t be shopping here again until they fix how they handle returns.

  I visit this location very often but On 11/06/25 I tried on a coat on the 1st floor and recorded myself so I could remember the size/fit. everyone was polite and allowed me to try on the material without a problem. Then, I went to the second floor and did the same thing. MARK on the purple label/tailor area approached me and asked if I needed help I said “no I’m fine thank you” I start trying on various coats, with a rude attitude and very disrespectful mark asked around 5 times in a matter of 10 minutes if I had any questions.Then Told me I couldn’t record myself trying on the materials and asked me to stop.He asked me where do I work. I began to think that question was intrusive and was to gauge if I’m able to afford the clothing. Then followed me around until I left the area, then proceeded to follow me to the double RL zone. I then asked other employees if they mind that I record myself they all said that’s not a problem. He also started arguing with my girlfriend very loud. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that I had to leave without purchasing anything and protect my girlfriend from his hostile attitude.
