  I went in recently and made my intention of just taking a glance at what they have in store clear - and I was treated very friendly by the associate, I believe the young man's name was Jeremy. He took some time to discuss with me the culture and quality of Prada, and he was very knowledgeable about runway pieces and which items belonged to which collection. As someone who appreciates the quality of Prada's formal attire and it's ability to maintain status/value - having an associate around who was reasserting that position in my mind for sure makes me more inclined to spend my money at this location.

  The boys that work at this store are very rude and don’t dress well. They were off putting and definitely not friendly or helpful. There was a female who was working she was friendly and polite. The store its self is very dated and didn’t have many options. The over all experience was terrible. I recommend going to a different store if you want a nice experience.

  I recently just bought a pair of loafers from them as a gift and let me just begin by saying how nice and welcoming each and every staff member was to me. They were so professional and so kind. Speaking for myself, Brandan Daniels went truly above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoes. He was so sweet, honest, and completely humble. He truly made my experience at Prada one of the best ones so far.

  Purchased a bag and a bear from Matthew. So amazing and helpful. Had hot tea on a cold winters day while I waited🥰
