  Stay away from this store. I bought 3 pair of shoes there on the 13th of February, and thought I had a great deal with the price, until I wore one of the shoes for the first time, these Kurt Geiger pink sandals, and on the first use the inner part started pealing off. I took it back to the store within less than 2 weeks from buying to have my money refunded and the shoe manager said they don’t refund used products. If you had bought these in a store that cares for customers they would have been reasonable, but Nordstrom Rack at State Street refused. So if you buy a defective product there be aware that their policy does not cover refunds. It’s crazy for shoes to start coming apart on the first use. Zero responsibility is taken for selling defective merchandise. Rather spend your money at a store with reasonable policies and customer care. I will not be bullying anything there ever again.

  Necklace broke on first wear no resolution at store The necklace I purchased was extremely fragile and broke the first time I wore it under normal conditions. I have already posted photos documenting the damage along with a review on the Nordstrom Rack app, where the item was purchased. I initiated a return through the app and visited the Nordstrom Rack store at 20 N State Street, Chicago on January 3, 2026. The store manager informed me that a return or refund could not be processed unless I physically brought back the broken necklace, which I had already discarded after it broke. Your Nordstrom Rack app return policy states that “Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged” to be returned. In this case, however, the item was damaged due to poor quality, not misuse. This distinction is not clearly addressed in the policy, nor was it communicated during the return process. It feels unfair to customers when a defective item cannot be resolved despite clear photographic documentation and immediate reporting. This requirement appears to place all burden on the customer and leaves no reasonable resolution when an item fails on first wear. Hope you can forward this message to your online store and they can refund me easily from there.
