  Disappointing Experience on Saturday with Sales Associate I had an unfortunate experience during my recent visit, largely due to my interaction with sales associate Allie. From the start, she came across as pushy rather than helpful, and she didn't seem to grasp the style I was looking for despite my attempts to explain. What made matters worse was that while I was in the dressing room, I could clearly hear her gossiping, which was both unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I asked about the excessive heat in the store (it felt like a sauna), her response was dismissive – she blamed the women's security guard for not allowing them to adjust the temperature. Whether true or not, this seemed like an odd excuse rather than an attempt to address my discomfort. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these service issues. A more attentive, professional approach would go a long way in improving the shopping experience. I’m not sure I will be shopping there again.

  Came in looking for jeans for short in petite. No one greeted me although they were capable. Walked out. Wont shop here if customer service is poor

  Popped in for the first time and they didn't have any larger sizes for men in the sweater I wanted or the jeans. The woman helping me disappeared while trying a pair on. She wasn't that helpful anyway. Won't be returning. $188 bucks for jeans , you should at least get some decent customer service.

  Had my first in-store shopping experience in quite a while (4 months PP) and I had such a great experience at this store (the morning of Tuesday, 9/16/25). Morgan was so helpful in selecting jeans, she made finding what I wanted seamless. She offered multiple selections that I really loved and created a comfortable environment — I left with 2 pairs thanks to her guidance. The entire staff was professional, helpful and overall really lovely (including the security guard on duty). It made me remember why I love the retail experience (versus online shopping). I’ll definitely be back

  There was a stylist, Ally, who made my day yesterday. I went in looking for skirts that would match the pieces in my capsule wardrobe I'm building for Fall/Winter and was impressed with Ally's knowledge of curating and styling based on cut and fabric type, color harmony, and aesthetic taste. Something I noticed with Ally is that once I showed her the palette, cut, and fabric of my primary pieces I had with me, she immediately honed in on long-lasting, quality pieces that would compliment the pieces I already had. It's rare to find a stylist that can immediately lock in to my own aesthetic and fabric preferences without trying to redirect me to incompatible things and I appreciate her for knowing her stuff and adapting to what I needed. I'll have to come back when the skirt I want in my size gets in, but if you can't wait, you may also book Ally for her fantastic services. I highly recommend her.✨
