The employees were attentive and approachable, helping me find the right fit and offering honest feedback. I love how consistent Madewell is with quality, from jeans to tops and accessories. This location really stands out because of the customer service. It feels personal and unhurried, which makes a big difference compared to other retail stores.

Even though this store was on the smaller side, they had a good selection. What stood out to me was the associate’s high level of service. She kept checking in on my daughter when she was in the fitting room. When she walked out with nothing in hand, the associate asked how she could make things better or address any concerns about the denim without being overly-bearing. I was so impressed with the high level of customer service and sales skills. Whoever does the training at this store, props to you. And to the young lady who helped us, you have a bright future ahead of you!
