  Walked in Today for a refund the lady with the reddish kind of brown hair was very rude it was very distasteful I will not be back ….. customer service sucks

  Big fan of Lululemon here but unfortunately, in my experience, this store exemplifies customer disservice. I called numerous times and to be greeted with "Fulton Market." Each time I replied with hello, gave them my name and reason for my call. Representatives were curt and even got hung up on the second time. Not how you treat people. Let's do better!

  This is a review about LULULEMON not the people that work at this location. Bought something from here came in damaged/defective. Tried to return using the guidance that LL provides for these types of situations. I submitted the pictures that were needed for a return or exchange which was just a odd discoloration of pants. I was told by the quality team that they cannot provide a solution to this issue. Lululemon, how do you stand by quality when their is no solution??? $120 defective pants and no solution? I know the solution; give me an exchange or money back. This is outrageous. Now we are stuck with pants that have a discoloration. I thought the products here were good but I guess not. Not purchasing anymore LL until this is resolved. Those that shop at LL online from the store beware you might get a product (if you can call it that) that is defective. Sadly, this multi billion dollar company will not even consider a refund and return of product. Outrageous! Also the people that work at this specific store are ABSOLUTELY GREAT. This is just a complaint on the company itself.
