  By far, the worst Lululemon I’ve ever been to. I came here last year for the Chicago Marathon engraving and waited over 90 minutes for nothing. Recently, I came to the store to purchase a few items for the winter. At the cash register, I told the cashier I was a healthcare worker and would like to use my discount. I showed her my work badge and my IL nursing license, while I downloaded the app to verify my career for the future discount. She then starts pressing me with questions about where I work and if I knew someone, her friend I’m assuming, in the hospital I worked in, as if she didn’t believe me. It made me feel uncomfortable. I really liked this location for the events they host with Kayla Jeter, but their service is terrible.

  Wish I liked their clothes, but I just can't... The quality is just so bad and thin. I've really want to like the brand, but cannot understand how people like this wrinkly cheap plastic fabric. Not for me.

  I’m a fan of Lululemon. I came from Brazil, bought a puffer jacket online, and selected this store for pickup. I was very poorly treated by one of the employees. I opened the box, tried on the jacket, and when I was about to leave, I asked for a shopping bag. The sales associate asked if I had a color preference — I chose one, but she gave me another. I didn’t want to argue, so I just took the bag and left. A brand like this should invest more in customer experience. I was disappointed.

  As an employee of another lululemon location, I was excited to visit this store for the Chicago Marathon shakeout run. I noticed they had merchandise specifically for the marathon, so I asked if I was eligible to use my employee discount (which would’ve been a nice bonus). I was told that I couldn’t which wasn’t a problem, as I was happy to pay full price. However, when I told the manager (who was the only person able to check out other employees) that I’d still like to purchase the item, he said, “You’re not understanding, employees aren’t eligible to buy this merchandise.” I had misunderstood what he meant about the discount. It turned out I wasn’t just unable to use my discount I wasn’t allowed to purchase the item at all. Thankfully, my mother ended up buying the sweatshirt for me and gifted it to me. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any other lululemon store and I’ve visited many across the United States. I make a point to visit a lululemon in every state I travel to for a half marathon. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing other employees wearing the Chicago Marathon merchandise, which didn’t make sense to me. All I wanted was to support the brand I work for, especially as a runner participating in the Chicago Marathon, but unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to do that.

  Went here today (Sept 27 in the early evening) and dealt with five staff at varying times- all were kind and helpful except the young heavy-set black woman who was assigning customers to changing rooms. She was rude, cold, disinterested, mean. Someone needs to get her customer service training or just fire her if she hates customers so much. She is not giving people a good experience when they shop at this Lululemon. Everyone else was kind and helpful.
