  Paige helped me out so much and was very honest when I came in looking for an exchange and quality promise of items. When I went to check out, the girl that took care of me was rude. She accused me of wearing the pants I was exchanging, and continued to talk about me right in front of me to other staff members. I told her I did not wear them twice so she doesn’t need to continue to be rude. She responded with “ok”. She then continued to not know what she was doing so I asked for Paige. She then got a male manager to help me. He continued my quality promise item and I purchased the item in store. He was a bit better but seemed to have a condescending tone. Paige is the only genuine, helpful manager there it seems. I’d give higher stars if the woman that checked me out wasn’t such a rude, unhelpful person. She should be trained on how to approach customer service and speaking to people appropriately.

  I had a great experience in this Lululemon!! I tried on several items and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Maya for being so kind, helpful and patient while assisting us with selections and orders ☺️

  By far, the worst Lululemon I’ve ever been to. I came here last year for the Chicago Marathon engraving and waited over 90 minutes for nothing. Recently, I came to the store to purchase a few items for the winter. At the cash register, I told the cashier I was a healthcare worker and would like to use my discount. I showed her my work badge and my IL nursing license, while I downloaded the app to verify my career for the future discount. She then starts pressing me with questions about where I work and if I knew someone, her friend I’m assuming, in the hospital I worked in, as if she didn’t believe me. It made me feel uncomfortable. I really liked this location for the events they host with Kayla Jeter, but their service is terrible.

  I’m a fan of Lululemon. I came from Brazil, bought a puffer jacket online, and selected this store for pickup. I was very poorly treated by one of the employees. I opened the box, tried on the jacket, and when I was about to leave, I asked for a shopping bag. The sales associate asked if I had a color preference — I chose one, but she gave me another. I didn’t want to argue, so I just took the bag and left. A brand like this should invest more in customer experience. I was disappointed.
