  I have been here a few times, I don’t get greeted, no one offers to set my dressing room up for me, no one asks if I need help with anything. The only time they seem to have good service is when I am checking out… it’s giving “oh she actually was gonna buy stuff”. The lulu at west loop is so much better by a million

  Paige helped me out so much and was very honest when I came in looking for an exchange and quality promise of items. When I went to check out, the girl that took care of me was rude. She accused me of wearing the pants I was exchanging, and continued to talk about me right in front of me to other staff members. I told her I did not wear them twice so she doesn’t need to continue to be rude. She responded with “ok”. She then continued to not know what she was doing so I asked for Paige. She then got a male manager to help me. He continued my quality promise item and I purchased the item in store. He was a bit better but seemed to have a condescending tone. Paige is the only genuine, helpful manager there it seems. I’d give higher stars if the woman that checked me out wasn’t such a rude, unhelpful person. She should be trained on how to approach customer service and speaking to people appropriately.
