  I went into this lululemon outlet store thinking that, I would finally be able to figure out what all the hype was about. What I found was highly priced , very expensive workout clothing. If this is supposed to be an outlet store then I don't know what the prices would be in a regular lululemon store. $49 stretch skort reduced from their normal price of $88? $59 for a pair of camouflage "tights" marked down from $98? $89 for a pair of red leggings that looked like they had been worn and returned? $279 for a pair of cropped twelfth leggings marked down from $398? The quality does look like it's better than your average leggings, however, i have purchased comparable workout wear from dance costume companies for a lot less money and even made in the USA. I still don't get the hype.

  I usually enjoy shopping at Lululemon, but my experience at this outlet was quite disappointing. When I stepped out of the fitting room to show my friend an outfit, an employee looked into my fitting room even though I told her I was still trying on clothes. She gave me an attitude and seemed annoyed. She also seemed to complain that I had too many items in the fitting room — but these were items I was planning to purchase. The other staff there had told me I couldn’t leave at the cashier to hold, so I had to keep them with me in the fitting room to make sure they weren’t put back. Overall, the staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming. Several looked unhappy, and I even overheard two employees at the cashier talking negatively about another customer, which felt unprofessional. I hope management can address these issues and encourage better customer service — a positive attitude really makes a big difference in the shopping experience.

  10/16 at 3:30pm Please give five stars to the African American employee who worked at checkout today. I was on a meeting call and couldn’t hear him well, but he was patient, polite, and provided amazing, friendly customer service. I truly appreciate his positive energy — you are amazing!

  I was recently in the Rosemont location and all I can say is that Cristina was a great representation of what customer service is. She took the time to explain the benefits of the items I was looking to purchase. I can say confidently that she has the product knowledge and all the great qualities of someone in leadership!

  My son is an athlete at his school. He loves to exercise and jog every morning. He wants to maintain his physical health. So I planned to go to the mall and buy him some activewear. I enter this store and I see an activewear shirt. There are only two staff members when I'm here. One staff member is at the counter and one staff member is busy assisting one customer. No one assists me when I'm here. One staff member only assists me when she is done talking to one customer. For me their customer was not great since they only have a few staff. I bought a 3 piece activewear shirt since I have no time to go to other places since I have work. They should improve their customer service.
