  I feel like i am a big customer with louis, Ive spent more than I can even count. I order stuff all the time for my mom, sisters, myself. Today I had one of the worst experiences in any of my louis experiences. I am going to try to reach corporate to find a solution for this but thought it was necessary to also say this on here. I ordered my mom heels, and they unfortunately were not comfortable for her. Today was my first chance to bring it in. The first person I forgot his name was super helpful and even asked if the money is going to be returned on the card number i bought it with. I think he needed authorization from a manager so he went and got Olivia, this is where it starts. Super rude service, first thing she told me was, “what’s the problem with this? you buy a lot of things and return them!”, I’m sorry what? this is none of your business. I’m purchasing stuff online and if they don’t fit right or uncomfortable yes i’m going to return it. It didn’t end there, she takes about 25 minutes and then said “i can’t find a card that was used here” so with all respect I asked her to bring the other guy since he was able to read my card. She said oh oh ok went inside and came back out with my refund. This louis is amazing and I have never had a bad experience until now. I don’t want to leave a negative review but unfortunately i will keep this up till i can reach a solution.

  I stopped in to have a bag sent for repairs, while we were in vacation, I worked with Corey & he was truly the best! He also did some gold embossing for me & arranged shipping my bag back to me after the repairs were done, kept me updated through the entire process, and made everything seamless. Such a great experience, thanks Corey 😊

  It was such a great experience with Zee I met her back in the summer time doing some shopping around got her number . A few days ago I was In need of items sent her texts she made sure everything I needed was there and ready for pickup . Made my weekend a breeze !!! Such a great nice person . She’s definitely my go to person for the downtown location. Thank you Zee!!!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Helene Z (Miss Z) this past weekend, and she was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I initially came in just to browse the Louis Vuitton store on Michigan Avenue, and we were paired with Miss Z - and I’m so glad we were. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely fun to shop with. She took the time to walk us through the store and even brought out pieces that we didn’t see on the floor. We ended up finding the perfect pair of heels and mules, and the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. We exchanged contact information, and later that evening I reached out to her about another item. She responded right away with availability and thoughtful suggestions from the new collection. Through our conversation, we found the perfect piece, which led us to drive back downtown the very next day just to shop with her again. When we arrived, she greeted us warmly and already had the item we discussed set out and ready for us to view. We explored a few options and ultimately purchased a beautiful Speedy 25 along with a few additional pieces. Everything was packaged thoughtfully, and she even followed up with us the next day. The entire experience was truly exceptional. I would give this experience an 11/10. Miss Z’s kindness, attentiveness, and bubbly personality made our time at Louis Vuitton genuinely memorable. We recently moved to Chicago, and now I know I have someone I trust at the Michigan Avenue location. Anytime I’m looking to make another purchase, I will absolutely be reaching out to Miss Z. Overall, an outstanding experience.
