  This happened a few days ago and I’m finally able to post this review. Had the most RUDEST employee ever (I’m not one to EVER ask for a manager either and this is the FIRST time I had to) My mom and I went to check out some deals since she enjoys the store a lot, decided to buy an item after I helped her roughly get an idea on how much she would pay with the discount provided. As we went to check out I was translating for her how much it would be (we forgot to take account the tax and that’s on us) so she was silently debating to actually purchase it and the employee tending to us was EXTREMELY RUDE. Asked us with such an attitude “Are you going to buy this or not?” And I was taken back so I told him in a very calm voice while still translating to my mom “sorry we’re looking at the price again.” Then after I finally decided to help my mom pay the rude employee sighed so loudly in ANNOYANCE it was almost a scoff the PROCEEDED to say loud enough for us to hear “you got to be kidding me.” Then after he bagged the item he practically tossed it to us. I would also like to add that he was ALSO being rude to the customer ahead of us and was rude to them AGAIN when they walked over next to us to ask if it was ok to ask for a gift receipt before he sounded annoyed and had his coworker handle that instead. This man is the sole reason I will NEVER return to this location ever again. Such HORRIBLE attitude for no reason and there wasn’t even a line when we got there too for him to be stressed. The whole interaction lasted a good five minutes MAX. After that purchase I told my mom that we were going to the other side of the store to return the item because of how mad I was with the audacity of this workers attitude. I have reported him to the manager working on that day this happened and was told they would tell the general manager the following day which I’m not sure if they did but HORRIBLE experience. It does NOT take much to be kind to STRANGERS, I ALSO work retail and I’ve NEVER been rude to a customer even on my toughest days, neither has any of my coworkers or bosses. And even when I left to go to a different store entirely I was met with KIND attitude. Surprised the employee I encountered still works there if attitude like that is allowed. Everyone else in that JcPenny working there was so kind even when they were dealing with a long situation with a customers transaction. No apology would ever change my rating for this interaction alone and I have been coming to this store with my mom for years.

  This store is really well organized and clean, it was like shopping at a much higher end store until looking at the prices which were really good. It's clear the staff takes a lot of pride in their store and everyone was friendly.
