I've never felt profiled before, but it was very obvious here, as the sales associate followed me around the store and stared at me from nearby (trying to be discreet) as I shopped for jewelry. I still ended up buying the item I wanted, but even checking out was awkward. A different associate rung me up and didn't give me a bag for the item. When I asked for one, she exchanged a weird look with the first associate before giving it to me, then they laughed as I left. I'm going to return the item because of the bad shopping experience.

I was very happy with the choices, the prices, and excellent customer service from Megan A. The store was fully stocked and every sales associate was merchandising ( late afternoon - impressive) I'm also in retail, this is a promise to return (and refer my friends too)...you raised the bar for your peers to follow.
