You can find quality pieces that will last a years if not a lifetime which is what we need in this economy. I have even passed things down to my daughter. The prices can be a little pricey but as I said the quality is there so the cost per wear ...its worth it.

Wish the sales online were mirrored in the sales offered at brick and mortar stores. I would love this. Sadly, what often happens is that I will go to this location to try on and see the merchandise 'live' and then go home and buy it online because the prices can be lower!
- NRNaaz RazaSep 27, 20251.0If i could give the store a zero rating i would. i went to shop with my new married daughter who just got a new job and just wanted a few sweaters , a somewhat tall med ash blonde sales associates that worked there acted like they werent even at work this day. While she had her cord and mic and was a worker there. She was dismissive and rude and could not even answer a question back with a nice tone. Customer service workers need a nice tone, people deserve respect when they are shopping at what is supposed to be a "better branded store. I will never shop Jcrew ever again! i would not support a company that hires such people to represent there store, she most likely was a manager or atleast a senior associate with the attitude she showed. A huge dissapoinment . Hire better people JCREW for a store that is located in a downtown area and its chicago with a diverse population! I HAVE SHOPPED MAG MILE THE LAST 30 YEARS.

She told me she doesn’t even work on commission, which is crazy because she was working very hard for me, pulling sizes, checking for things online, giving pairing recommendations, finding better fits and colors. Superb service from a very nice person. I left with two big bags of new clothes I’m so excited to wear. I’ll be back soon!
