  I placed an order on 2/11 for delivery on 2/14. The order was never delivered. I contacted support several times and they responded several days later (after the occasion) saying it would be redelivered with no options to schedule a time or any calls. I have no idea of the recipient will even ever get her extremely delayed gift or if I’ll just be out the full amount.

  Doesn't open on time, seen other reviews and seen others saying the same thing, so if its time sensitive id plan ahead but may still be an issue with this establishment as they dont call or text for updates, store is supposed to be open and ive been standing outside in the cold for 30 min after opening now and havent seen a person in sight and the doors are locked and no one answers the phone , and the recently posted something when they opened instead of opening the store to customers , too much time advertising instead of operating the store during their own selected store hours Update: I got a call about 45 min after they are said to open on Google and they said normally they dont really open the store until 10am someone may be there to prep at 9am and while I was waiting someone came in and said they open at 9am so , do with this information what you please and plan ahead, Happy Valentines everyone !

  Order placed.in the morning and paid $10.00 extra for same day Birthday delivery. Did NOT get a call about any problem. Did not get delivered until evening of NEXT day. I called and Luis had no explanation or reason for this. He instead launched into a rant about the weather. No offer to refund my delivery fee. Terrible business practices. Wish I had read reviews first. Stay away!
