Not only was it delivered after the delivery date, but it was missing two items — flowers and a teddy bear. The store didn’t answer any of the phone calls or messages from myself, my mom or from the corporate office. An absolute scam. Idk who runs/operates this store but they should be out of a job for having such poor service standards for their store. I also am very disappointed in corporate as they were also very unhelpful, offering only to route the issue to the store that was clearly not answering their phones.

I wanted them to deliver it to his job which is at a school. I requested that they deliver it before noon so him and his coworkers could share it. Hours went by and it still hadn't got there. I knew that he would be off work by the time it got delivered so I tried to cancel. I was told no because they could make the delivery up until 8 o'clock that night. The school would have been closed by that time. The customer service representative got an attitude with me. Seeing how late it was when they finally tried to deliver, which was after 6 in the evening let's me know that they didnt even attemp to get the order out at the time I requested. I finally got refunded because no one was there to accept it at the school. Needless to say I will never use them again. Terrible service and they give you a very hard time to cancel the order and get your refund back. Save yourself the headache.
