The store was noted to close at 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:00pm to pick my order on Tuesday, the store was closed. Today is Wednesday to store closes at 4, no one has yet to call me back. Tomorrow is Christmas the stores closed. Or I have not received an email.

I placed an order for a chocolate-dipped fruit basket along with balloons for my friend. While the fruit basket was delivered, the balloons were completely missing from the order. $20 for 3 Dollar Tree balloons. I attempted to contact the store multiple times throughout the day, but no one answered the phone. It is extremely concerning for a business to be unreachable, especially when there is an issue with an order. I also reached out to customer service and never received a response. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Due to the lack of communication and incomplete delivery, I will not be ordering from this location again.

During my first experience I placed an order of chocolate covered strawberries and balloons to be delivered to someone. When they got the order they didn’t receive the balloons. I went to the location and asked about the order and they informed me that they didn’t have any balloons (okay that’s understandable however I should have been informed and either accommodated or received a refund. There was communication and still charged) Second experience I order 3 mini flower boutiques and this time I do. This time I ask for balloons as well the lady said she didn’t have them so she offered me 3 chocolate covered pineapples. Whenever you go to the location the door is locked snd you have to ring a buzzer. I’ve tried several times to give this location a chance but I can’t anymore. I suggest they take new ownership or close.
