  Scott was great. The clothing was a different story. I bought two pairs of slacks. They no longer do alterations at the Chicago store. I was surprised at that. The bottom on one pair of slacks frayed after a few times wearing them. The quality was poor based on the price point. The zipper on the second pair broke the first time I wore them. I called the store, they refused to fix the zipper or replace the pants. This was not a sale item Before covid, I used to shop at this store often. It was my go to place for casual clothing and golf attire. Since covid, they don't carry the premium brands that they once did. I am disappointed to say the least. For about 15% more, I get my slacks custom made. I also get unmatched service. If there's a problem of any kind, the tailor makes it right, or the item is replaced.
