It felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When I left (still before 8 PM), the same employee was too busy on her phone to notice or acknowledge me. No “thank you” or “have a good night.” If this is the kind of customer service you get close to closing, I’d recommend skipping the in-store experience and just shopping online instead.
