  A wonderful experience from start to finish. Justin is fantastic and knowledgeable. I spent a little more than I expected to, but filled in some holes in my closet that I didn’t even realize I had. The coats and trousers all coordinate well together and they threw in a couple of free shirts.

  So much fun! I guess we did not expect to find the entire process so entertaining. We met with Daniel in his Lake Forest showroom which by the way is Beautiful and we were offered espresso and a very relaxing vibe. They took such good care of my husband and he looks so handsome and I look so proud beside him. The suit is gorgeous and he bought a blazer which I did not expect. He’s usually fairly frugal, but got caught up in the moment. After reading the reviews, and before writing mine, I thought it was important to mention how funny Daniel is. He makes the whole process very enjoyable! My husband is plotting his next visit early next year for our 2nd daughter’s wedding!

  I’d like to take a moment to shout out my experience at Daniel George. I spent a great deal of time researching custom suit makers in Chicago and met with three all claiming to offer full bespoke. I discovered that one claimed to create a true bespoke suit and in fact did not and two were very reputable and gave me much to consider. Through a moderate level of research and reading, I quickly learned that a true bespoke suit does not usually happen without the tailor present and an on-site tailor shop. I very quickly learned that many custom clothing companies claim to create (or use the word) bespoke rather indiscreetly. Daniel and his team walked me through their process and provided me with much less expensive options and I appreciated that very much but I had already made up my mind. It took me some time to decide, save up and get started, but am I ever glad I did. While I may never purchase a suit like this again, I can check this off my bucket list. Loro Piana fabric, handcrafted with guidance beyond my expectations. It was more than I thought I would spend but less than I expected for this quality. As a sidenote, if and when you select their true bespoke, you will be meeting directly with Daniel. This was the genesis to seek and find the finest menswear, and now it’s time for my Edward Green bench made shoes!

It didn’t feel like just a suit; it felt like a symbol of months of hard work, discipline, and the pride I’ve earned from my weight-loss journey. DG and his team didn’t just tailor fabric—they tailored an experience. They took the time to understand who I am and crafted something uniquely me. Now, in my professional career, this suit has become my go-to for meetings, work events, and even parties/events in my personal life.
