    Yo estado en muchas ocasiones en esta tienda y es triste queentres y te sientas incomoda porque hay mentalidad innorante y racista en chicago la tiendas estas las componen dependientas de color que no quieren gente blanca te miran con malas caras a mi marido igual les preguntas algo y reaccionan con rabia por que ? No lo se solo se me gusta la tienda pero los trabajadores no tienen respeto hacia el cliente si eres blanco menos..y que conste que fui muchas veces porque me gusta los precios que tiene y la ropa es lo unico porque las miradas maran

    I shop at this location frequently and the customer service is great. Every staff member that I've interacted with has been professional and courteous. Upon entry, I was always greeted. The store remains clean and shoppable all the time. The clothing selection is great with nice selections of urban wear. What I really like are the prices and sometimes you can find very unique items that are a true conversation piece. The pricing is competitive and reasonably priced and most times, the quality of the items are great. This type of store has something for everyone in the family; Men's/ Big& Tall, Women's - clothes, PJ's, shoes, purses and other accessories, children's wear and shoes, Housewares and Linings, Car accessories, hygiene products, and sports fan items too. I truly wish that they would invest in carrying pet items- it would be a fantastic investment! This location is displayed well, is vibrant and welcoming and again the customer service is great. This is very important for customer retention. It does not have dressing rooms or customer restroom facilities so keep that in mind. If you want a bang for your buck and look great while doing it, shop this location you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to great shopping experiences.
