  I received a gift for my birthday and the shoe stall was big I wanted to go to the store to change for my size and I was attended by a gentleman saying that he is the manager that if he did not speak English he could not attend to me I left the store and returned with a friend who speaks English the same manager told me that if they settled it to me that I should return them and that they give the money to the person who bought them and I told him that it does not make sense they gave it to me as they are going to return the money to the person it makes no sense good sense he ended up being very rude and expelled me from the store acting with racism for God’s sake what kind of staff do they accept for customer service with these attitudes? The brand must know how to choose its sellers well because that gentleman doesn’t care about the brand or the prestige of the brand as they are going to have someone working there Even when he arrived there was a girl who asked him for a size and he told her that there was none and did not give him the option to order them or check in other stores the girl left I won’t come back I don’t want a store salesman to treat me badly when I’m comparing and I must receive good attention which here they don’t provide so I’ll never come back

  My bf bought me my first pair of CL's but I thought I needed a bigger size so decided to drive into the city to exchange. I was nervous about going into the store wondering what kind of experience I would have because of the mixed reviews on the service. I'm thankful that Darnell was the associate that helped me! Not only did I exchange my shoes for a different pair, but I walked out of there with another set of heels and a purse! Darnell made my first experience a pleasant one and he is a damn good salesman! LOL. I will be back one day to shop with him.

  Run down, staff is accommodating but the vibe doesn’t feel like CL boutiques.

  I went in to try on shoes for my wedding, and it just went downhill from there. You have to ring a freaking doorbell to get in, which is a bit snobby in the first place, but whatever. I asked to try on a pair of gorgeous heels, and one of the attendants got them for me, and the only size they had was a half size below what I normally wear. When I put them on, I commented that they hurt, and the attendant immediately said "Louboutin's aren't meant to be comfortable" in a snooty voice. I immediately took them off, put on my own shoes and left the store. How rude!
