  My first visit to this location...was concerned by some reviews. Troy, my advisor, put me at ease and was thoroughly delightful to work with. I was comforted by all the security. I am very happy with the appointment process. AND the items I bought were perfect. Looking forward to another visit.

  Service was great everyone was friendly and welcoming. My SA, Ryan 7797, went above and beyond for me giving me every price, every bag, all the time I needed, and some champagne. I highly recommend calling and asking for him in advance if you want a pleasurable shopping experience.

  The only Chanel boutique in the city shows an incredibly unpleasant attitude toward its customers. More than once, when I’ve come to shop, I’ve been told to wait outside — regardless of the weather. And the store is completely empty when this happens. It already feels uncomfortable to stand in line, so I usually end up going to other luxury stores instead. This time, I decided to try again. The staff asked me to wait, and I agreed. It was very windy outside; after standing there for a few minutes, I realized I might get sick, so I asked the security guard if I could wait inside the small entry area. I was the only person in line. Still, he refused. So is it really necessary to stand in the cold and wind just to buy something at Chanel? Why do the employees allow themselves to treat customers this way? Why doesn’t this happen at Hermès or other luxury boutiques, where people are treated with basic respect? Hopefully, someday there will be accountability for this kind of behavior
