A few days before I contacted the boutique, I saw a man wearing a CELINE jacket that I knew my husband would love. I couldn’t find it on the CELINE website. Since I saw the jacket at Gibson’s on Rush St, I decided to call the Chicago boutique. I called and was told that an SA would reach out me. A little later Kari texted me. I explained via text what I was looking for, and I wasn’t even sure if it was new or old and no longer available. She knew the jacket and ordered one for me. She texted me the link to pay. It was just quick and simple. She even sent me some images of her trying on some items that I might like, and I do!!! From just some text messages where we discussed Wyoming, ranch life, and baseball, she picked out some items that I would’ve picked out myself! But, since we have different body types, I will need to try the items on first. I’ll just have to wait and shop with her in person.

All of the employees were so kind, helpful, and informative—especially Jerry and Julio (I believe?). I ended up purchasing the Camille bag and had a 10/10 experience. They even threw in some perfume samples because I was interested in a few fragrances!
