Early December 2025, I bought a beautiful coat (a black Lawrence Long Puffer) for $1,395.
As this was a significant purchase, I asked the sales staff and at the checkout if it was possible to pay in five monthly installments, with no fees.
The answer was a clear YES (I asked several times different people the same question), so I decided to treat myself to this coat.
To my great disappointment, I noticed that the five deferred payments (all paid with the same card) were debited on the same day, which is a flagrant breach of the store's commitment.
I would add that, as a foreigner, you generated five interbank fees instead of one, if I had paid in a single installment.
Finally, to my surprise, the $1,395 price I had been quoted turned into $1,537.99 due to taxes (City, State, County, Special) that do not apply to me (as a foreigner).
I feel like I've been cheated, and I am very disappointed with this store's Customer Service.

I was looking for a particular item for quite some time at my local store (Atlanta) and online, both were sold out. I found this store had the item and called (on Black Friday). Steph (the manager) answered before the store even opened, quickly allowed me to purchase it and sent it to me. She was so kind and deserves A+ 100 percent.
