We had a very poor experience purchasing from this store. While our in-store associate, Wisdom, was helpful in finding the right coat, everything fell apart once we placed the order.
The coat was not in stock locally, which is fine as these things happen. We agreed to have it shipped from a Michigan store with expedited shipping. However, after an entire week with no communication, we had to follow up ourselves. Only then did a manager, Michael, tell us the Michigan store had misplaced the item and that a refund would be issued.
What is unacceptable is the complete lack of proactive communication and ownership. No one updated us on the delay, no one checked inventory at other locations, and no alternatives were offered.
Inventory issues can happen in retail, but poor customer service is a choice. The managers showed little initiative or accountability, and the experience felt careless and disorganized.
We expected far better service and will think twice before purchasing here again.

I love this brand. I own two Canada Goose jackets and I absolutely love them. The quality is excellent and they are truly perfect for winter — extremely warm and worth the investment. The customer service at the store is also very good; the staff is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy visiting Canada Goose Chicago. Highly recommended.

In Chicago for the weekend and wanted to check if this location had a specific product. I called before arriving and spoke to Michael. He was so helpful and kind — agreeing to place the item on hold for me for the rest of the day.
Upon arriving, Mathew was quick to show me the product (and other options I was interested in as well) in addition to answering any questions I had.
We had also mentioned an issue with a seam on the product I wanted, but Mathew was quick to research another option and have it shipped to me.
I had a great experience in this store — Michael and Mathew are so helpful!
