  Be sure to check the products you buy three times before leaving the store—I learned the hard way. I found defects after I got home, and the store refused to refund or exchange. Completely disappointing and I won’t shop here again!

  I'm genuinely shocked at the lack of quality and customer care at this Hugo Boss location. I purchased a $200 shirt and followed the manufacturer's instructions exactly--washed only a couple of times and air-dried--yet the shirt ripped apart. When I returned to the store expecting at least some accountability or assistance, the staff offered no meaningful support. In my experience, they did not stand behind the products they sell, which is incredibly frustrating given the price point and brand reputation. For a luxury retailer, I expected far better. Based on this experience, I won't be shopping here again.

  Went into the boss store and was immediately welcomed by Ian. He asked me questions trying to help in any way he could. I greatly appreciated this as this was my first time in the actual store rather than just shopping online . Ian killed it ! Would highly recommend this store and staff to anyone else who loves Boss.
