I was also fortunate to be greeted by Olivia Murry, who since that day has provided service and support I've never before received from a men's clothing store. (This from someone who disappeared into the world of online shopping a long time ago in part for that reason.) The store carries a sufficient range of Bonobos products and variations to ensure dropping by is never wasted. The Customer Guides are well informed, courteous, and effective. As a result of my experience at this store, and with Olivia in particular, I highly recommend Bonobos North Michigan Ave.

The woman didn't listen to my husband telling her his size, and brought him a smaller size which obviously didn't fit. She tried to eyeball his jacket size and was off by FOUR sizes. If you work in menswear you need to at least be able to eyeball to within one size. We told her she was way off and she STILL brought out shirt and jacket sizes that were much too small, wasting our time. Only THEN did she finally check his account, and said they actually didn't have the things we wanted in his size so she just wasted our time. Wow.
