This was my first purchase at Bonobos, but was a bit familiar with the products as I have visited the shop with a friend. To be honest, I was out and about to buy a outfit for my 3 week old granddaughter, which I did acomplish. I noticed the store was across the street, so decided to stop in. I immediately saw a new coat which I needed to have, and with Meagan's help and another associate, I took advantage of the 30 off sale and bought the coat, 3 pairs of pants and a sweater. I had them delivered to the store, and upon picking them up, saw Maegan again and decided to buy 3 shirts. I love the fit and the customer service is 5 star. I enjoyed interacting with the crew. It was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back again. Don M

They truly help you find the best fit and outfits for your personal taste. Also when I purchased some jeans there three weeks before black friday they told me if they went on sale to contact them for a refund. They took care of the refund without me even contacting them. I don't know any retailer that does that! Great job Bonobos!
