  They are forcing customers to go through loops and double pay service fees by using their ATM and POS system, while allegedly getting kickbacks for using both of these services. Went into the store Today was and was told payment systems were down, which is fine but keep in mind they get kickbacks allegedly for their third-party payment system and ATM systems. I paid the fee to get cash. I get up to the register and the amount is more than what was originally stated. The bud tender, who was an older man, maybe mid 40s 50s Josh or John, then laughed and said “Fine, you can use our debit card machine. while looking at the other bud tender, to get an approval. Something is very fishy about forcing your customers to use an ATM with extra fees and then when it’s convenient for the store except Debit Card payment options. When I went up to the front of the house after coming back from my vehicle, I let them know The POS system was back up. She laughed and continued to tell other patients that the POS System is down. I am a medical patient with severe pain who had to walk back out down Milwaukee Road to grab extra money so that I could make my medication purchase. the budtender, Josh or John practically refused to give me his name refuse to go over my order with me refused to answer any questions I had about product, refused until I begged for a bag. Horrible !!! this place used to be top-notch. What is going on now days, There is some serious shady stuff going down there allegedly & should be looked into especially if they are going to serve medical patients

  This was my first time at this Ascend location in Logan Sqaure and Eileen could NOT have been kinder, more patient or helpful. Honestly, the entire staff was dope. I will absolutely be making this my prime location and I hope to see Eileen soon. Also, they do wheel Wednesday which literally just offers you free schweed, discounts and more…12/10 experience.

  The entire staff always takes care of me when I come into Ascend. Not only the best Ascend location in the city but the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! 5/5! Highly recommended spot if you’re in Logan Square and need to pick up some goods 😁

  Right when I came in and showed my ratchet med "card" (ripped piece of paper), Jordan-with-the -glasses offered to go laminate it for me. He went out of his way to be kind and I think that is Super Dope. I like it here.

  Each and every time I come in and Xavier is there he has elevated the experience. He’s been knowledgeable on all of the various strains has made some great suggestions on the concentrates. Keeps the vibes high and facing smiling with his jokes and charisma. Literally saved me from switching up on yall. The rest can surly learn from him.
