I was in a pinch needing a new suit, and I needed a place that I could walk out with a new suit same day. Bobby was very helpful and had me out in 30 minutes with a perfectly fitting suit and shirt plus a great looking new tie. Excellent service.

I’ve been a loyal Charles Tyrwhitt customer online for almost two years and love their shirts and suits for quality and style. Unfortunately, my experience at the Chicago store was very disappointing—the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and I felt unwelcome. On top of that, all items had no visible price tags, which was frustrating. I expected much better service from a brand I usually trust.
