Worst customer service… waited more than 30 mins. Store was literally empty, may be 5 customers at the max and they kept saying no one is available to help. How about hiring more people or try helping more than 1 customer at a time??
Don’t waste your time, you might be better going to Hermes or Chanel for better experience.

Nothing short of amazing was my experience. It was my first time buying a Dior bag, and the associate Pierre helping us went above and beyond. I easily made an appointment online a few days prior, so the associate had 100% of their attention on me and helping me find the perfect bag. I would highly recommend making an appointment at any luxury store if you want a full-service experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Dior boutique regarding a pair of damaged earrings. For a luxury brand with such high prices, I expected far better quality and customer service.
I purchased a pair of earrings that turned out to be defective — one of them was visibly damaged shortly after purchase. When I returned to the boutique to address the issue, I was met with skepticism and a dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problem efficiently, the staff questioned how the damage happened and made me feel as though I was somehow at fault.
The process was unnecessarily complicated and drawn out. There was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and certainly no “luxury” experience. I had to repeatedly explain the issue, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
For the price Dior charges, quality control and customer care should be flawless. Instead, I received defective jewelry and poor treatment when trying to fix the issue. The assistant manager Solene Myran had horrible attitude and was very mean. At the end she told me that I have to exchange my earrings for something else in the store. I didn’t like anything but I had to exchange it. She offered me a lot of stuff, but always came back and said “we don’t t have that I stock”. Why are you offering that then?! Just horrible experience overall. Never buying anything in Dior.

I was surprised to see so many one-star reviews for such a beautiful Dior boutique, so I decided to visit and see for myself. Unfortunately, I now understand some of the feedback. The atmosphere felt a bit heavy, and overall customer service was just okay.
That said, I was very fortunate to be assisted by Tracy, who was absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She truly elevated my experience and is the reason this review is five stars. Her professionalism and energy reflect exactly what a luxury shopping experience should feel like.
Some other sales associates I encountered seemed to follow closely without initiating conversation, which felt a bit awkward. In a high-end boutique, a simple warm greeting or small engagement can make all the difference in creating that signature Dior experience. As guests in the store, customers should feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in. Unless you want them to take their business across the street - the options are endless! 😬
This visit helped validate some of the concerns mentioned in previous reviews regarding inconsistent service. However, thanks to Tracy — who assisted me on two separate visits — my personal experience still included moments of truly stellar service! 👌🏼
