  Horrible service. Happen few time that the order was extremely delay of wrong. My last order arrived completely wrong and they blame me for that.. They offer a discount in the next order that i definitely not doing... They sent so many emails and they expect that are not misunderstanding during this ridiculous process.. and if you go at the store... they take off any responsibility and blame the production team,,, and they work for the same company....

  Great store, everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Skylar to design some new gear for my studio and she was amazing, offering her expertise making the process extremely easy. Very communicative as a whole, response time is incredible when I had questions. If anything was delayed or needed to be changed due to stocking issues they are very accommodating and let you know the situation right away - I appreciate how upfront they are about their inventory. The products I ordered came timely and were all perfect, more than impressed with the quality and will continue to use them for other projects!

  I had been thinking about making a custom tee for myself and some buddies of mine as a keepsake of our group, and found Custom Ink to be a perfect fit! Skylar went above and beyond to be helpful throughout the whole process, and eased my concerns about quantity, sizing, etc. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get some custom merch!

  I highly recommend Custom Ink to anyone looking to customize apparel, accessories, or any promotional product. I made an in-store appointment online and immediately received a confirmation email asking if there is anything I'd like to let them know before my appointment. I let them know what I was interested in seeing. I felt safe (due to Covid-19) during my appointment and was the only person in the store the whole time. I worked with Skylar F., who pulled items for me based on my email. She could not have been nicer! She is super knowledgeable about the products (fit, fabric, and quality) in store and helped me find the perfect product to promote my brand. Her customer service was outstanding and very impressive. Not only will I go back to Custom Ink, but will also tell my friends/family/colleagues to go to Custom Ink. Thank you for opening a store in Chicago!
