    These are my absolute favorite shirts, wear them everyday for work. Unfortunately, I've now had 3 separate shirts rip at the elbows and 2 others have ripped at the collar buttons. Job is office setting, I've bought 3 different arm lengths issue persists. Really nice shirts, just unfortunate that I've had to replace at least 5 shirts after purchasing them within less than a 12 month period.
