  We stopped by on a particularly cold afternoon, shortly after spending time nearby. The contrast in experience was, in its own quiet way, rather instructive. As we approached, the door was closed in front of us—despite the boutique appearing calm, with only a few clients inside and no visible sense of urgency. A member of staff came forward and inquired about an appointment. We were then advised to register and wait outside for approximately fifteen minutes. One understands that certain houses adopt such practices. It is, after all, a matter of preference. Still, it is worth noting that the most established maisons rarely require visible gestures to convey their standing. Ease, discretion, and an intuitive sense of recognition tend to suffice. When these elements are absent, what remains can feel less like refinement, and more like performance. No inconvenience was caused. We simply chose to leave. One grows accustomed, over time, to environments where consideration is instinctive rather than conditional. This was not one of them.

  I drove 3 hours looking for a specific shoe and had to wait over 30 minutes, after asking 2 associates was there anyone available to help I kept being told someone would come. I seen a few associates just standing around. I was tempted to go elsewhere but I patiently waited and met Maple. She’s the only reason I’m giving a 5 star review. I’ve been in other designer stores and built relationships with my advisors and this is one store that I was excited to go to but didn’t like how my friend and I was treated. Maple was very friendly and upbeat and I can’t wait to come back and give her another sale.

  Miguel was extraordinary. He didn't make me wait even a second after walking into the store before helping me with my purse repair. He was kind, professional, and very informative. He made the process easy and comfortable. My purse was dropped off due to a missing screw in the buckle. It was shipped back to me within the quoted length of time and in perfect condition. I cannot thank Miguel and Chanel on Oak Street enough.

  I visited the Chanel store on 65 E Oak St. and the staff & store were both lovely and attentive. My wonderful SA, Maple Xie, provided incredible service and care. Since then, I continue to be in contact with Maple and she has been just as wonderful when I reach out remotely as she was in store. Maple is diligent, organized, and always helpful with any of my collection needs. Thank you Maple for all you do!
