    Avoid at all cost. Rudest Cartier I’ve ever encountered in my life. Not helpful or friendly. Once they find out you’re there for a repair and not a purchase forget it. You’re nothing but a bother or nuisance to them. Mgmt isn’t much better either. They will defend their friend/coworker and not address the issue. Corporate seriously needs to step in. Still waiting on a call from the store manager… will think twice before purchasing again but definitely will never purchase at the Chicago store.

    Stopped by the Cartier store in Chicago and it felt off right away compared to Ion Orchard and MBS in Singapore. Got a quick greeting at the door, but inside a lady and a guy just stared at me, no smile, no acknowledgment. For Cartier, that’s pretty disappointing. In cartier Singapore where I purchased most of my cartier bracelets and rings, everyone greets you and the whole vibe feels very welcoming, genuine and luxury. Here, it felt like only the SA helping you cared, and everyone else just ignored you. Honestly, I’d rather buy Cartier in Singapore and continue buying in Cartier Ion Orchard and MBS Singapore, service there actually matches the brand. First and last visit Cartier Chicago.

    I had an excellent experience working with Pedro.     Update : After an initially disappointing experience at this location, I was contacted by Sonia who asked to meet in person to address the situation. I truly appreciate her taking the time to listen, apologize, and make things right. We were able to exchange the bracelet, and the follow-up effort completely changed my impression. While the first visit did not meet the level of service expected from Cartier, Sonia’s professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue reflects the standard the brand should represent. Thank you for correcting the situation. am writing to formally share my experience at one of your boutique locations regarding a recent purchase and attempted exchange. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I have encountered. On Valentine’s Day, I purchased a Love Bracelet for my wife. The following day — less than 24 hours later — I returned to the store to exchange it for a larger size. Upon entering, I immediately felt unwelcome. The associate at the front desk asked who my sales representative was and, after stating he was not present, reluctantly agreed to assist me. After I explained that I simply needed a size exchange, I was told the bracelet could not be exchanged because it allegedly had “significant scratches and damage.” This was surprising, as the bracelet had been worn for no more than approximately 30 minutes, and I had not observed any damage myself. I politely requested to speak with a manager. The associate took the bracelet upstairs and returned less than a minute later stating nothing could be done. When I asked again to speak directly with the manager, I was told he was busy on calls for the entire day and unavailable. At that point, I felt dismissed and unwelcome in the store. Since my wife would not be comfortable wearing the bracelet and I did not want to make an unnecessary second trip, I left the bracelet with the associate and requested a callback from the manager. After several hours without contact and unsuccessful attempts to reach the store by phone, I contacted Cartier corporate, who then arranged for the manager to call me. During that conversation, the manager informed me he would look into the matter and call me back. It has now been four days without any follow-up. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. My intention was simply to exchange an item within 24 hours of purchase, yet the situation has remained unresolved and the level of service did not reflect the standards expected from Cartier. Please advise on the next steps and how this can be properly resolved
