  I came in here a few months ago looking to just try on a coat to figure out my size, and the associate, India (hope that’s the correct spelling), was incredibly nice and helpful. She was so kind and gave me advice and help the way a friend would- not at ALL pushy or anything like other luxury store associates. She was so great!!!

  I had a very disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience with the Canada Goose pop-up store. I’m a quadriplegic, and while waiting in line to enter, a staff member was handing out coat check tickets and told me I needed to remove my jacket before going inside. I explained that I physically cannot take my jacket off by myself, and the response I received was simply, “sorry, that’s our policy.” There was no attempt to assist, no accommodation offered, and no flexibility whatsoever. I wasn’t even able to enter the store. Policies are one thing, but applying them without any consideration for someone’s physical limitations shows a complete lack of accessibility awareness and basic customer care. To make matters worse, I followed up twice afterward and never received any response. For a premium brand like Canada Goose, this is unacceptable. Accessibility and common sense should not be optional. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed so others don’t have the same experience.

  We had a very poor experience purchasing from this store. While our in-store associate, Wisdom, was helpful in finding the right coat, everything fell apart once we placed the order. The coat was not in stock locally, which is fine as these things happen. We agreed to have it shipped from a Michigan store with expedited shipping. However, after an entire week with no communication, we had to follow up ourselves. Only then did a manager, Michael, tell us the Michigan store had misplaced the item and that a refund would be issued. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of proactive communication and ownership. No one updated us on the delay, no one checked inventory at other locations, and no alternatives were offered. Inventory issues can happen in retail, but poor customer service is a choice. The managers showed little initiative or accountability, and the experience felt careless and disorganized. We expected far better service and will think twice before purchasing here again.

  I love this brand. I own two Canada Goose jackets and I absolutely love them. The quality is excellent and they are truly perfect for winter — extremely warm and worth the investment. The customer service at the store is also very good; the staff is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy visiting Canada Goose Chicago. Highly recommended.

  In Chicago for the weekend and wanted to check if this location had a specific product. I called before arriving and spoke to Michael. He was so helpful and kind — agreeing to place the item on hold for me for the rest of the day. Upon arriving, Mathew was quick to show me the product (and other options I was interested in as well) in addition to answering any questions I had. We had also mentioned an issue with a seam on the product I wanted, but Mathew was quick to research another option and have it shipped to me. I had a great experience in this store — Michael and Mathew are so helpful!
